Dr. Slavik graduated Magna Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. He practices several adjusting techniques including; Diversified, Activator, Logan Basic, Thompson and Cox. Additionally, Dr. Slavik is one of the areas only Certified Chiropractic Sports Physicians (CCSP), and is certified in peer review. He has been involved in community building endeavors such as, FirstLink of the Bluegrass, Kiwanis, Optimists and Lions. Outside of his practice, Dr. Slavik enjoys spending time with his children (Katelyn and Mitchell). He is also a baseball fan and likes to attend the Legends games.

Colleen Black has been with the office on a regular basis for over a year and she did some marketing work for us before that. She is quickly becoming an insurance expert! The Slavik's met Colleen through church and really feel like she is part of the family. Outside of work, Colleen cares for her grandson on her days off.

Catherine Deehan has been with the office since 1998. She has seen us through many phases of growth and is a joy to work with. She assists with much of the therapy that our patients receive. Catherine enjoys soccer, travelling, family, and friends.

Kristin Slavik is Dr. Slavik's wife and the office manager. She only works part time these days, but she still handles most of the behind the scenes office matters. She spends the rest of her time with her children and she enjoys volunteering, reading, writing, and cooking.
