We accept most insurance and ask that insurance co-payments be made at the time of your visit or at least weekly. We will file all insurance claims for you. If your policy requires a deductible or a percentage co-insurance, these amounts will be billed to you.

For our patients without insurance coverage, we offer time of service discounts. These discounts will apply only if payment is made at the time of service.

We accept these insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem BC BS, auto insurance (for auto accidents), Bluegrass Family Health, CHA, Cigna, Healthstar, HMO Kentucky, Humana HMO, Humana/PCMC, Mail Handler's, Medicaid, Medicare, Option 2000, PHCS, UK HMO, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most worker's compensation plans.
